When is the last time you bought a home? Do you know what costs are involved, the timeline of purchasing a property, what things to ask for as part of an offer, what else is involved in the process?

I can help you understand these things as well as assist you in your search, perform an analysis to help you determine an appropriate value for the property, prepare your offer and present it to the sellers.  Once you are under contract, I will assist with and attend inspections, negotiate repair amendments, attend closing and be there for everything in between.
